Man Sale - Tools, 'Tillers & More

It is of utmost importance to us to respect our clients' homes, their neighbors and all shoppers. In order to do this please note the following:
Parking will be on one side of the street only
We do not do "pre-sales" or provide pricing information before the start of the sale.
Doors will open at the published time, not before. A sign-up sheet will be available approximately 1.5 hours before we open. When the sale starts shoppers will be called by name in order of their name on the sign-up sheet to control flow in the space.
Stealing is not tolerated; local authorities will be contacted.
All items are sold "As Is". It is the shopper's responsibility to inspect and test the working condition of all electronics before purchasing. Good Kin does not make guarantees regarding operational or cosmetic condition, and we do not offer refunds.
You break; you buy. You are fully responsible for the full cost of any item you damage or break.
Please do not hold items to look through later as it is not fair to other shoppers.
Buyers are responsible for removal of large items. Purchased items must be removed from the property prior to closing the last day of the sale.
There are no public restrooms available for use at the sale
