Please join us for another fun filled two day estate sale hosted by the Bluestar Estate Sales team! This home offers contemporary, antique & traditional furniture, household decor, patio furniture, kitchenwares & small appliances, women's clothing & accessories, fine & costume jewelry, crystal & glassware, fine china, area rugs, electronics, books, Christmas & seasonal decor, linens, garage items, appliances, art, garden & outdoor items, and so much more. This is a smaller Sun City Carolina Lakes floorplan, packed to the max. The number of people allowed to enter at any one time will be limited due to the small, packed space. We appreciate your patience as you wait to enter.

PLEASE ONLY PARK ON THE RESIDENCE SIDE OF THE STREET. Located in the Del Webb Phase 5 area of Sun City, which only means something to Sun City residents. For the rest of us, it is tucked in northern part of Sun City. You have to twist and turn through some other neighborhoods to reach "The Haven at Turkey Point", of which Whimbrel is located. Please maintain a fire lane at all times. Please do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Residence driveway is reserved for loading purchased items. No directional signage can be posted due to HOA regulations, so follow your GPS.

Please come prepared to load large purchases, all items must be removed during sale hours or by arrangement. We DO NOT have staff to help you load. We can refer you to local movers for large furniture purchases.

Please note we do not sell items over the phone. We can be quite busy setting up for the sale, so we might be delayed in responding to phone calls or texts. We look forward to seeing you there.

Entry numbers will be handed out 1 hour prior to the start of the sale.
