Southern Estate Sale Ladies will partner with Poinsett Auctions to offer you this online auction.  This huge home is packed with furniture, rugs, accessories, and outdoor items.  Most of the furniture is high end (Habersham, Lorts, Hekman) with many pieces that cost thousands of dollars each.  

In addition to the home furnishings, a large collection of McDonalds collectibles from the U.S. as well as Japan will be sold as well.

Auction Begins:  April 5th at 9:00 a.m.

Preview:  April 6th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Auction Ends:  April 9th starting at 9:00 p.m. with staggered ending by lot #

Pick-up:  April 10th from 2:00 pm. to 6:00 p.m. at 496 World Tour Drive (you must have assistance to load your heavy items).

If you’ve never purchased items online before, bidding on Proxibid is quite simple.  You will need to sign up to bid with Poinsett Auctions.  Most people put a credit card on file that is used to pay for purchases.  However, you can choose to pay via cash or check when you pick-up your items.  Everything sells to the highest bidder when the auction begins closing on April 9th at 9:00 p.m.
