ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH A FINANCIAL LETTER FROM A BANK OR INVESTMENT FIRM SHOWING  PROOF THAT THE OFFER IS GOOD, NO LATER THAN 11:00 PM ON MARCH 26, 2019 AND ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE WINNING BIDDER BY MARCH 31, 2019.

There will be one day when the house will be shown to already registered and serious bidders at a designated time convenient to POSH. More than one bidder may be present and the bids can be written. Only the highest BID with a letter from a financial institution showing proof that the BID is good will be accepted. Payment must be made immediately upon winning the bid by cashier’s check made out to Candace Daugherty.
