This is the living estate of a semi-retired couple who are looking for a change and yet have a lot of living to do. Their current home is beautiful and is located in the John's Island Woods development and they are downsizing and staying in the area. The husband is an artist and some of his beautiful original artwork are part of the sale. The sale is filled with wonderful antiques, high end brand name furniture, unusual garden and porch items, costume jewelry, unique art deco pieces and many decorative articles for the home. Many of the items have been handed down through the generations and are true antiques and keepsakes.This is a "not to be missed" estate sales event and will be held on-site over a three (3) day weekend. Roy was born “in the center of the Universe” in Paterson, NJ. He retired from military service as an Army Major. He also is retired from a career as an Energy Consultant with a French pharmaceutical company. After moving to Charleston ten
years ago with wife Nancy, he has started an Italian food import business, Nobile Italian Imports.
He loves to paint, drink wine and enjoy good food.
Nancy was born in Minneapolis, MN and met Roy when she was a flight attendant with Northwest Airlines. She moved to New Jersey and had various careers, one of which, was owning a decorative home accessory boutique. She had a 23
career as a sales representative selling Xerox office equipment,most recently at Docugraphics in West Ashley. She enjoys friends, food, and travel.
Roy and Nancy enjoy their retirement here and are lucky to have their son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren living in the West Ashley area. They also have a daughter and son-in-law in the Philadelphia area and have five grand cats. They have decided to downsize now and enjoy more travel and free time with their family and friends.Their kids don’t want their “stuff”so they are letting it go now to those who will love and appreciate their accumulations from 44 years of marriage. Many of the older pieces came from grandparents and are from the turn of the last century.

Most items will be priced and a few pieces will be "Make Your Best Offer" and these "best offers" will be reviewed with the owners and the best offers will be awarded the items. Some items may be added or deleted up until the sale.

Palmetto Estate Liquidators/POSH Estate Sales accepts cash and local personal checks with local ID. A $100.00 service fee will be applied to all returned checks. All sales are final and all items are sold as is. All deposits are non-refundable and all items purchased must be removed, by the buyer's "own muscle" from the sale premises before the end of the sale.
