Bring muscle, tools, blankets, and a suitable vehicle for large purchases. Buyers are responsible for loading and removal.
Please read the rules of our sales so that the experience is positive for everyone.
1. No strollers. No babies or small children due to safety concerns. There is/are glassware, metal items, and antiques at the sale which make navigation through the premises a bit tricky at times. Thank you for your understanding.
2. No making “piles.” Making piles to sort through prevents other buyers from purchasing items. The holding area will be near the cashier table.
3. No food or drinks allowed in the sale during shopping time.
4. No “camping out” on the premises of sale. Trespassing on sale property prior to the day of sale or after sale hours is forbidden.
5. Parking will be limited. Please do not block the driveway or mailbox of sale. Park on same side of other vehicles to allow drive through driveway.
6. Items MUST be removed the day they are purchased. We do not provide moving or loading services. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please be prepared to move/remove large items the same day as they are purchased. If a large item is purchased and not moved/picked up from the property same day of sale (unless otherwise arranged in writing with seller), item will be donated to charity post-sale and refunds will not be issued.
7. We accept Cash and Venmo.
8. When attending our sales, please do NOT leave children or pets alone in cars. Thank you for your understanding.
9. No smoking or vaping on sale property.
10. Please note that we do not offer a public restroom at our sales.
