Cash Only. Checks accepted with valid SC Drivers license and phone number. No returns or refunds. All sales are final. All items are sold "as is - where is".
1) Every item for sale will be tagged with an item number, description & price. If you would like to purchase an item, please pull the card off the item. Once you are finished shopping, please bring all cards to the checkout table. If you see an item without a card, that item has already been purchased.
2) Be sure to examine all items carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items are sold "as is", no REFUNDS OR RETURNS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) If you would like to make an offer on an individual item that is $60 or more, please ask for an offer sheet at the checkout table. Your offer should be at least 60% of the tagged price. If you are the highest offer, we will notify you by 12 noon on the last day of the sale. Please honor your offer.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of his/her larger items purchased before two hours of closing on the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring someone to help load your larger items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7) Only a certain number of people will be allowed into the house at one time, due to the size of the home and the safety of our customers. Please know that we will get everyone in as soon as we can possibly do so.
8) Please take a numbered card from the outside tin on the morning of the sale. You will be let in to the house according to the order of the numbers. 1 number admits 2 persons.
9) If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
10) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house.
11) Please adhere to parking rules/requests conditional on each sale.
12) Statements made the day of sale supercede all prior advertising.

This sale features items that were in the family for many years. The late owner was an antique dealer in Ohio and has many Antique items, collectibles and Sterling Silver. There were over 30 boxes of smalls that had not been unpacked in over 15 years. This is a sale you don't wan to miss. This collector had a great eye for the unusual.
