This sale consists of outdoor and basement items. Some items are tagged but as a whole pricing is being done as needed and in person.

The pictures show a big portion but not everything. Dull lighting, buried objects, overgrown areas, home to creatures, and mildew are part of this digging adventure.

Come prepared to dig out your treasures, pack it, and haul it. Workers will not be able to load. We will have blue tape and markers so you will be able to tag wanted items. Please only tag what you truly intend to purchase.

It is not the usual type estate sale. We have allotted 2 days but neither are half off. We plan to price the items at an affordable rate. Selected items, based on age and condition, will be moved to the indoor sale if it doesn’t sell during this sale.
