4 Day Onsite Estate Sale - LONGS by Grand Strand Estate Sales

TERMS: Buyers to thoroughly inspect & test items before purchasing. Our company operates on an "all sales final," "as-is, where-is" policy, meaning there are no returns, refunds, or warranties once you leave the premises. Items range from fair to very good condition to excellent condition. Some items are used, out of box, some items are New In Box. We do not give prices over the phone. Prices are marked w/ a starting price & reduced each day. We intake offers & require name/contact information. First come first serve. We do not ship items. We do not hold items w/ deposit. PLEAESE READ DIRECTION / PARKING INSTRUCTIONS. ATTENTION DRIVERS. ABSOLUTELY No street parking ! Look for ENTER SIGN on driveway. do not drive into EXIT driveway section. Parking in back of home/property on property. Look for signs & parking attendant assistance. Do not park on main road. DRIVER may have to wait in car until attendant directs your car to pull into driveway to pull in. Wait on road until you can pull in. Do not pull into EXIT section of driveway.
Onsite 4 day Estate Sale starts Thursday Dec 18th 9 am to 2 PM, Fri Dec 19th 9 am to 2 PM, Sat Dec 20th 8 am to 2 PM, Sun Dec 21st 9 am to 2 PM . Just in time for the holidays. Please take the time to read the descriptions & buyers terms carefully. More descriptions will be added. Thurs / Friday prices are marked & firm. Saturday everything is ½ off unless marked otherwise.

Please Be considerate. As always, we appreciate our shoppers & ask to continue spreading the kindness & goodness. Thank you. Furniture & large item removal responsibility of buyer. Bring newspaper & plastic bags to help wrap your breakables. Bring help for loading & boxes for packing items. We cannot walk out to your cars to load. Must come with own way to lift, haul & load. Cash & all major credit cards accepted (3% transactional fee). No checks please. Come prepared to shop & buy with cash preferred please. Grand Strand Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents. If a shopper accidentally breaks an item, the shopper will become a buyer of that item. : )

Announcement regarding pickup/removal of your items. If you buy, plan to pick up your items by Sunday at 12 pm no later. WE DO NOT PROVIDE MOVERS. It is the buyers responsibility to provide adequate equipment, packing materials & manpower to remove fully paid for items. For large or heavy items, we recommend hiring professional movers. Again, we cannot leave our estate sale stations to carry items out for you.

Pick Up / Removal: Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. All items must be removed the same day or by Sunday noon. We do not accept deposits nor hold items unless paid in full. If you are not back to get item by 1:00 PM Sunday, items become property of Estate Sale Company.

Items that have not been picked up will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.

We do not provide refunds, all items sold as is where is & some are not tested. Please come to the sale to inspect & buy. Don't hesitate to email us. We will try to respond. We specialize in onsite residential and commercial estate sales & liquidations.
