Park on Drivers side please. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Personally inspect all items before purchase. Discrepancies must be reported at the sellers physical location at the time of removal. This sale has set days and times. This is a liquidation sale. All items are price marked Friday thru Saturday noon and then items that are part of a set are marked “set”. Sets cannot be broken up until noon Saturday then each piece can be sold individually & the individual price is marked. Beginning at noon Saturday, 2nd day, all items are marked down 50% off accept jewelry, precious metals & guns/knives. 1/2 off noon time is offered to first come first serve. Sunday is further liquidation pricing & open to offers. Jewelry, precious metals, gems and any weapons are not reduced in price for the estate sale & the marked price is set firm.
