All lots must be removed within 10 working days from the end of the auction. All lots must be paid for within 3 days of auction close. The lots listed in our catalogues will be offered by Charleston Estate Services, Auctions & Appraisals as owner or as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. admission to the premises or participation in any auction and to reject any bid.
(b) move the bidding backwards or forwards in any way he or she may decide, or
change the order of the lots;
(c) withdraw any lot;
(d) divide any lot or combine any two or more lots;
(e) reopen or continue the bidding even after the hammer has fallen;
(f) in the case of error or dispute related to bidding and whether during or after the auction, continue the bidding, determine the successful bidder, cancel the sale of the lot, or re offer and resell any lot.
