Estate of Boggs Family. Beginning Thursday March 26th by appointment only. Thursday & Friday marked prices. Sat & Sun are discount days. Schedule time to return. Must make & have an appointment date. Staff will not be available to make appt for shoppers so please use a computer to click on links & add information in. Email estatesaleexclusive@gmail.com if you are having technical difficulties. Appt status will be checked upon arriving onto the property. An Estate Sale is a public space. No unauthorized sellers or selling is permitted on the property at any time. Grand Strand Estate Sales Company is contracted to be the sole sellers on the property during the public sale. Live Stream Selling with any device is NOT Permitted on Property nor around any bystanders, staff, owners. Bundle / lot buying is available to shoppers, please see managers of the sale.
We do not give out prices ahead of sale. Make an appt to inspect, shop and buy. Follow signs & speed limits. One hour appointment. Only arrive on your appointment time.
Serious shoppers please. One car load per slot. When adding, Opt in to receive text messages, emails & notifications. Remove appointment slot if you cannot make it. Please do sign up if you do not intend to arrive & shop. Cancel your appointment if you cannot keep it. There is a wait list. Repeated no shows will be removed from slots.

We do work to update photos to reflect items still available.
We work on a first come first serve basis . NFS stickers mean “ not for sale” & shoppers are not to tamper with NFS or go into restricted areas that say “nothing in here is for sale”. We do not hold items until payment is received in full. If you buy, please be prepared to remove item with no harm to self, home or property. Do not buy unless you can pay and carry away. We offer contacts to hire professional movers. Buyers to thoroughly inspect & test items before purchasing. Not all has been tested. Our company operates on an "all sales final," "as-is, where-is" policy, meaning there are no returns, refunds, or warranties once you leave the premises.
Our company reserves sole & absolute discretion in all matters regarding any matter at the estate sale with any potential buyer. Management retains the exclusive right to determine coordination, sales & protocols. We ask that only shoppers, potential buyers & buyers be present at the sale. Anyone else there for other reasons, please do not attend the sale as staff are busy assisting shoppers & there is limited capacity & space. If shoppers act inappropriately deemed by staff, shoppers will be asked to leave. Thighs could jeopardize appt status. Shoppers are not to remove anything bolted to any wall or surface. Security systems & cameras are live / on within the interior & exterior of the property for safety & security reasons.
