Ensure you are not parked on grass, that you are not blocking main road, that you are not blocking another vehicle. That are you not parked in driveway b/c the drive is for walking/loading for people. There are lots of geese, please drive slow and carefully.

PARKING:

Do not park on grass. Please park on one side of the street, right side. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, road passages. WE MAY MANAGE CAPACITY VOLUME INSIDE HOME IN FIRST HOUR OF SALE. PREPARE TO WAIT IN LINE OUTSIDE FOR YOUR TURN TO ENTER TO ENSURE QUALITY SHOPPING, SAFETY AND SECURITY. DO NOT block driveways for whatever reason. Do not park in home's driveway. No parking in driveway. You will be asked to move your vehicle so please park correctly not blocking or parking on grass. Come prepared to load up your purchases same day & prepare for stairs. USE CAUTION. Please do not buy if you cannot load/carry away.

PRICING/PURCHASING AND CHECK OUT:

First Day Full Price Firm, Second Day 1/2 off all items unless marked otherwise. Third Day 1/2 off w/ further liquidation deals. Some items have been tested, some have not been tested. Shopper to inspect all items before purchase ALL SALES FINAL. No refunds or returns. We are operating for 3 days so that buyers can inspect item & make decision to buy. If you don’t want item on first day, then come back early 2nd day to buy if item is still here. We do not hold items that are not fully paid for. We do not presell, or take payment over the phone. Buyer to arrive, inspect cash & carry. We do accept credit cards. Must inspect, ensure you can haul item away, then pay. Enter home thru the garage doors. Exit thru garages. Check out will be at garages. Express check out of 8 items or less will be inside.

Front door is for furniture hauling only.

Items are sold as is where is, all sales final. We reserve the right to price, reprice, price at check out on any item. Last day items may be open to OBO. Some featured items are reduced daily for the duration of the sale. Buyers must ensure they have a way to lift & haul purchases. If buying, please remove item at that time. Sunday 12 PM last hour to pick up purchases. If buyer does not return to pick up item, the item becomes the property of Grand Strand Estate Sales. We accept cash, debit/credit. There is a 3% transaction fee applied to any card transaction. Our company does NOT issue refunds, returns or authorized credit card charge backs. Any charge backs will be traced to CC user & any future purchases at any future sale dates will not be authorized & shopper will not be authorized to attend sale. All items purchased from a charge back are to be returned to the company. Buyers can bring in their wrapping paper/bags. Bags must be emptied & tallied at check out just like at TSA check out airport. : ) We ask shoppers to be patient as we check all buyers out at check out areas.

SATURDAY.

We open at 9 am for this sale, however, will service #1, #2 shopper in line w/ cash in hand who is back to purchase a single large item - we do this to begin loading efforts for shopper back first in line to purchase a large item to be loaded.

An Estate Sale is a public space however No unauthorized sellers or selling is permitted on the property at any time. Grand Strand Estate Sales Company is contracted to be the sole sellers on the property during the public sale.
