Terms and Conditions for Lamberts SCAL# 4954
There is a 10% Buyer’s premium on all items sold.
Minimum bid of $5.00 for each item.
Seller fee of 20% for total items sold.
Cash or credit cards accepted as payment. No checks. Valid identification is required for all forms of payment except cash.
Auctioneer has the right to bid on items.
All items will be sold to the highest bidder unless there is a reserve.
Items to be sold are as described.
No credit or refunds are given.
All buyers must register in advance of the auction prior to placing bids.
All items must be paid for day of the sale.
All items are subject to local sales tax unless a valid tax exempt ID is presented.
All merchandise will be sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS”.
There are no tie bids.
Buyers load all items purchased.
Sellers unload items to be sold and reload all unsold items.
All sales are final.
