Lovely 2 story home with a little bit of everything.

If you are in the market for some furniture-this is just the estate sale for you. In the Dining Room-there is a nice Cresent dining room table with 4 chairs & 2 armchairs and a matching china cabinet. In very good shape. Accompanying these pieces is one of the nicest sideboards we’ve ever seen. It is the type of piece that works in most homes. In the china cabinet and in the rest of the dining room, we have quite a bit of crystal stemware and a set of Vernon Ware by Metlox Della Robbia. In the Living Room-there’s EASTLAKE. Two sets actually. One set of 3 yellow velvet chairs and the other set is a green velvet settee with two matching chairs. Really, really pretty. Also an antique side table,  vintage wall hanging pendulum clock , a hurricane lamp, and over a hundred music CDs and some vintage Disney VHSs. In the hallway on first floor leading to the back bedroom is an antique oak plant stand and a pair of vintage Rectilinear Speakers. In the back bedroom there are Christmas decor items, electronics, a large two mirror dresser, vintage luggage, paperbacks, men’s clothing, some silver-plate,  and more. In the Den is a Fitch Fine Furniture dresser and some more antiques-an antique candelabra, two nice uniques occasional side tables, vintage lamp with a clear glass body decorated with gilt metal flowers, leather sling back chair, vintage easy chair with matching ottoman, and other furniture. You may want to pay attention to the art in this room. There is a Henry Ward Ranger and some original art-and interesting prints, too. 

Off the den is an enclosed porch with a cast iron pot and a cast iron stove base. Lots of planters, oriental bowls, a Coca-Cola reproduction sign,  and an authentic white wicker bassinet (portable basket) with a pink removable cover. Next is the kitchen. Great farm table. Some kitchen items--but not a lot. Off the kitchen is the garage which is FULL. In the garage you’ll find some patio chairs, a ladder, garbage bins, both a metal and a wooden bench, garden tools, sprinklers, small hand tools, wet dry vac, and more. Right outside the garage is an 80 year old bird bath-recently painted. There’s some yard decor like planters and whirligigs. And plenty of gas cans in the plastic container in the back yard. 

Second Floor-Lots of Christmas and furniture up here, don’t miss it. There’s a Eastlake vanity and two Eastlake dressers, nice double bed with plenty of blankets and quilts, a drum table, mirrors, a travel trunk, ladies purses including one Coach, little girl’s special occasion dresses, and women’s clothing including several evening gowns. And we can’t forget the Christmas stuff-there’s wrapping paper, bows, bags, ornaments, Santas and hand carved Raikes bears. One bear (Alvin) is signed and numbered with box; there’s also Mr and Mrs Santa Claus (with box and Certificate of Authenticity).
