North Augusta Estate Sale by Estate Sale Gurus

There’s a lot in this home, so don’t miss anything, First of all, there are 2 upstairs. When you come in the front door, there is a stair case which takes you upstairs to the 4 bedrooms upstairs. Back downstairs, right off the kitchen-there is another staircase leading you up to the bonus room. And you can’t get to one from the other-so don’t miss either one!!

There’s lots of furniture and lots of smalls. There are two sets of sofas and loveseats, a beautiful Thomasville dining room table (with leaf) and 8 chairs and a matching china cabinet, a Thomasville silver chest, leather LazBoy, a wood kitchen table with 4 chairs and 4 leaves,  a console entertainment center, a queen size Bernhardt bedroom set, a pair of twin beds, a Harden dresser with two matching mirrors,  a Baldwin piano, bookcases, lamps, and lots of artwork. 

In the Living Room, there is a collection of dolls ranging from antique to modern as well as some doll clothing. Also, there’s an office chair, silver plate, VHS tapes, lamps, and games. In the den you’ll find a stereo sound system, a modern cuckoo clock, more books, a school desk, Hummels, 3 pieces of Van Briggle pottery, a mantel clock, and quite a few decorative items. Off the den is a porch where you’ll find a nice patio furniture set and a vintage wicker set. There is a second patio set of furniture  and a bird bath in the back yard near the driveway.

In the kitchen, you’ll find typical kitchen items such as drinking glasses, wine glasses, storage containers, baking pans, quite a few cookbooks, decorative rooster dishes and prints. There are several sets of dishes including:  Yardley by Mikasa, Winter Greetings by Lenox, Ambassador by Royal Wentworth and Depression glass -Excellent. 

In the upstairs Bonus Room -you’ll find , a set of sofa and loveseat, a rocker, baskets, Christmas items, lots of books, and a vintage sewing machine.

In the other upstairs-there are 4 bedrooms. In addition to the furniture, there’s blankets, clothes, a cool Beatles poster, luggage, stuffed animals, another sewing machine, a quilt rack, a TV,  a kachina doll, sleeping bags, pillows and dried flower arrangements. 

In the garage there are some nice bookcases, John Deere lawn mower that needs some work, wheelbarrow, 3 ladders, an older refrigerator/freezer, set of older golf clubs, tiki lights, a spreader, propane grill, a croquet set, small tools, and more.
