Auction Begins on 9/30 Saturday at 10 PM & ends on Sunday 10/10 @ 7 PM - Select "Live Catalog View" that evening for up-to-date bids - Winning Bidders will receive a convenient invoice via email at conclusion of Auction. True Vine Auctions will accept cash at pick.  Please pay online w/ your emailed invoice if paying by credit card or ACH bank.   Invoice must be paid in full prior to pick up & hauling away of item.  Pick-Up Date and Time: Pick up Wed 9 a to 11 a or 5 PM to 7 PM 10/10.   Please come ready to pack, lift & haul item.  We cannot assist with loading.  Bid at your convenience anytime once the auction has been uploaded. 30 minutes before auction begins closing down - Click the flashing "LIVE CATALOG" tab for real time count down! This page will automatically refresh with new lots as completed lots close. This will be a TIMED ONLINE ONLY Auction Event held via HiBid website with no live (In Person) bidding. Bidding on the first lot will close @ 7 PM EST on Tues 10/10.  Lots will have a staggered ending with one lots ending every 30 seconds.

This Bidder Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the person bidding on the online format (referred to herein as either "Bidder" or "Buyer") and True Vine Estate Auction.  Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement with respect to all sales and auctions conducted by Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges that additional terms to this Agreement may be posted and/or announced from the auction block and such additional terms are deemed incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are binding on Bidder.  True Vine will email winning purchaser the estate address location.
