Condo on the Beach, Rental - Contents for sale at this Weekend Estate Sale. 3rd floor unit 307. Elevator and / or stairs from 2nd level parking. Friday Jan 23rd - 9 am to 2 PM. Sat Jan 24th - 9 am to 2 PM, Sun Jan 25th - 10 am to 2 PM. No directional signs will be posted. Use your maps to arrive to Condo Unit on the Beach. Please park on the 2nd story parking deck either right or left. Enter straight in on the 2nd floor & take elevator to 3rd floor or take the stairs up to 3rd. Condo on 3rd floor. Do not park on first floor ground level deck. Property on Water, do not leave children unattended at any time. An Estate Sale is a public space. No unauthorized sellers or selling is permitted on the property at any time. Grand Strand Estate Sales Company is contracted to be the sole sellers on the property during the public sale. Day 1: We open at 9 am, first come first serve. No directional signs will be posted. Use maps to arrive to Condo Unit on the Beach Arrive early. We do not give out numbers on Day 1. Estate Sellers will only sell at the set marked price. We open Day 2 at 9 am, please arrive early & wait in line. You may be given a # on Day 2 to wait in the car if inclement weather. Signs are posted, shoppers are asked to read signs, ask staff for assistance & be respectful to one another & all items. We work on a first come first serve basis . NFS stickers mean “ not for sale” & shoppers are not to tamper with NFS or go into restricted areas that say “nothing in here is for sale”. We do not hold items until payment is received in full. Bundle / lot buying is available to shoppers but may not be available until Day 2, please see managers of the sale. Buyers to thoroughly inspect & test items before purchasing. Our company operates on an "all sales final," "as-is, where-is" policy, meaning there are no returns, refunds, or warranties once you leave the premises.
Prices are marked w/ a starting price & reduced each day. We may not be available by phone or email during the sale, but rather staff the sale with open hours for shoppers to arrive & work w/ staff. Inspect, cash & carry. Not all items have been tested. If needing to plug something in, ask staff for assistance. Our company has the freedom to decide or act on a particular matter with any potential buyer. We ask that only shoppers, potential buyers & buyers be present at the sale. Anyone else there for other reasons, please do not attend the sale as staff are busy assisting shoppers & there is limited capacity & space. If shoppers act inappropriately deemed by staff, they will be asked to leave. Shoppers are not to remove anything bolted to any wall or surface. Security systems & cameras are live / on within the interior & exterior of the property for safety & security reasons. No refunds or returns.
