There is lots to see at this sale; there are items in the house, in the garage and in the shed in the backyard. To help you out, we will open the garage at 8:30 so you can shop in the garage, check out, take your items to the car and then be ready to shop in the house at 9AM.
We have a beautiful modern dining room table, a nice modern sofa, another sofa with matching chairs, gorgeous modern floor lamps, a set of matching coffee, sofa and end tables and a kitchen island. There’s several very nice pieces of bedroom furniture including an adjustable Beauty Rest mattress. In addition to great furniture, the home has very nice decor-including framed art, lots of baskets, flower arrangements, and decorative pillows. There are quite a few electronic music components such as a surround sound system , a receiver, Wii components, a printer, a computer, and a couple of flat screen TVs. The kitchen is loaded as well and includes an older Kenmore washer and dryer. And if you’re wondering, yes there are linens.
On the patio, you’ll find a glass top patio table with 6 chairs as well as a smaller set of 2 chairs with a matching round end table. All are in really good shape. Other odds and ends are on the patio such as folding chairs, baskets, luggage, cookware, heater and more.
In the garage, there’s lots of stuff. Yes, of course, there are tools but also a set of dishes, a set of flatware, lots and lots of pot and pans, crock pot, blender, chain saw, propane small fryer, ladders, coolers, chemicals, 2 grills and a refrigerator.
Don’t skip the shed in the back. It has surprising things in it such as pillows, blankets, baseball cards, more decor, remote control car, lots and lots-did I say lots of DVDs and CDs, an Ab Swing, fertilizer spreader, shabby chic flower cart, and more. On the way to the shed, you’ll pass by a hot tub that isn’t plumbed in and needs a new motor so it can be moved (by you, at your own risk) and a ladder and bird bath.
And finally, there is a car for sale. It is a 2001 s40 Volvo for sale. The owner said that it does need work-particularly the brakes-they are “squishy”. NOTE: We can accept only cash for the purchase of the car.
