1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.

Estate tag sale to be conducted in Pageland, S.C. on Friday August 16th(10:00am-06:00pm) and Saturday August 17th(09:00am-04:00pm). Address will post Thursday morning after 09:00am. Sale is located 20-25 minutes south of Monroe, N.C. right off of Highway 601. House is two stories along with basement and building. All have items for sale. Sale will feature two Honda Urban Express 50 Mopeds, antiques, collectibles, furniture, primitives, china, glass, toys, pottery, household, miniatures, linens, dolls, lots of small collectibles and much more! This is a massive sale with something for everyone. Photos will be added all week. Please check photo captions. We thank you for your continued support! Parking instructions: Driveway is circular, PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY. There is plenty of parking available in the field to left side of house. Line will form at front door of house. There will be NO SIGN UP SHEET.
