**ALL Silver and Gold purchases must be made in CASH or WIRE TRANSFER - NO EXCEPTIONS!**
**ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PAID BY CERTIFIED CHECK, CASH or WIRE TRANSFER (Wire Transfer will incur a $20 fee). Vehicles may not be removed until full payment is cleared. **Titled items will not transfer until payment is cleared and items are picked up by winning bidder. Titled items not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited and resold. Any item not picked up on designated pick-up day/time will incur a $10 per day storage fee. In no case will a refund or proceeds from resale of items not picked up within 30 days be awarded to prior bidder even if already paid for.
All items must be picked up by the end of the sale. Any items not picked up or shipping/delivery/storage arrangements made directly with Bid Y'all, will be forfeited with NO REFUND! Sorry to sound harsh but our job is to help our sellers liquidate and too often we are left to tote items from the sale site. We always want to help you get your items so just let us know how we can work together to make that happen.

They owned and operated Pendleton Antiques for decades and Mr. Richard was well known for his love of classic cars. He and his vehicles were a constant in every parade and celebration in the area. Many of these cars being offered were show winners across the Southeast.
- His pride and joy, a 1933 Chevrolet 5-Window with a stunning "Black Cherry" paint scheme was meticulously build from the ground up with no expense spared.
