Pickens 3 Day Estate Sale for the Outdoorsy Adventurer Handy Person: Friday 23rd, Appointment Only

-Due to several high quality items, Friday, January 23rd is appointment only. You will need to text Southern Tidiness (704-400-5938) your name and time (12:00, 1, 2, or 3) you would like to visit the sale. We will let you know your appointed time. If all times are taken, we will add you to a waitlist. If you find that you can not make your appointed time, please let us know asap so that we can fill the space. Saturday and Sunday are open to the public no appointment is necessary. Items will be marked sold daily.

*In case of bad weather we may need to adjust dates and times.

-We gladly accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
-All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. We can not guarantee that electronic devices work.
-If you choose to buy an item with a two-part perforated tag, tear off the bottom portion and bring to check out. A Southern Tidiness associate will attach a sold tag to that item and can add your name and phone number if need be.
-Please do not block driveways. The estate driveway is reserved as a loading area only.
-No public restrooms
-For the safety of children, please keep them with you at all times. Children should not be roaming around alone.
-Please be prepared to move, load and transport all bought items. All bought items must be removed by the end of the last sale day unless other arrangements have been made by Southern Tidiness or the home owner.

-Southern Tidiness and the home owner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries on or around the property. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries as a result of you attending any of our estate sales. Enter at your own risk.

-Preparing for a sale is labor-intensive, due to the high volume of inquiries, we regret that we are unable to address individual questions, particularly concerning prices.
