PARKING
Please DO NOT park in the driveway unless you have been authorized to load/unload.
Do not block the flow of traffic and adhere to posted parking signs.

We accept CASH, DEBIT, & CREDIT CARDS.
We do not charge any fees!

ITEM REMOVAL
Shoppers must bring their OWN help to move and load large items.

ALL SALES FINAL:
All items are sold as-is – NO refunds or exchanges.
Please inspect and test electronics before purchasing.

PRICING:
50% off most items Saturday!

ITEM PICKUP:
Large items must be removed at least 1 hour before closing on the final sale day, unless prior arrangements have been made.

OPENING TIME:
Doors open at the published time—no early entry.

DAMAGES:
If you break it, you buy it.

FOOD, DRINK, & RESTROOMS:
No food or drinks allowed inside. Please dispose of trash properly.
There will be no public restrooms.

NO PRE-SALES OR PRICE QUOTES:
We do not provide prices or sell items before the sale begins.
