SHIPPING: This auction is pickup only. Certain items may be able to ship from auction to auction - please check listings in the catalog PRIOR to bidding to ensure shipping of specific items.
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval
Credit Card Payments: If you pay with a credit card, we will add a 3% convenience fee to your invoice. This amount can be eliminated with cash payments (local bidders only) or payment via ACH paylink.
Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Certified Check, ACH, or Wire Transfer
Payment Instructions: We accept major credit cards, ACH and wire transfers only. An 18% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted. Any purchases over $1,000.00 must be made via ACH or wire transfer unless the bidder has been registered with our company for more than three years.

Pickup Instructions: You will receive an email and text with a link to pay the shipping costs from Shipping Saint, our software provider. This auction is pickup only. Pickup Note: A loading dock is available. Items will be wheeled to the loading dock via pallet jack, and the buyer will be responsible for loading onto their truck/trailer. Please note that neither Meares Property Advisors, Inc nor our client will advise, package, transport, or load items in this auction. Any item not picked up will incur a $200 disposal fee per pallet/lot if not removed within the stated pickup window.
