This is an APPOINTMENT ONLY estate sale. Not to be exclusive; but because the parking is extremely limited, roads are very narrow, and driveways and hills are VERY STEEP. It is on the side of a mountain that drops off into a lake. Plan to walk a good ways and climb up a steep driveway.

Because this is an APPOINTMENT only sale, we will not adhere to our normal price reduction schedule. That being said, the more you buy, the more you save! We promise it’s worth the drive!
