Please do not research our sale items and ask us for a price comparison, we are a business and use different variables to calculate our prices. We do not cater to traders or resellers.
Do not block Items by researching prices.
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards - Please note processing fees may apply.
We do NOT accept checks.
Please do not be rude or disrespectful to our staff members or you will be asked to leave.
Prices are firm on first 2 days of sale.
We do not negotiate on our marked prices unless purchases are over $300.
No items are priced at less than $2.
Our prices are fair & we do not offer half price regardless of day.
We do not sell cleaning or yard products. Should you find any within the property do not bring them to checkout.
If an item is not tagged, please ask at checkout and someone will assist you.
Please bring help to remove large items - All Items must be removed independently. We do not assist in loading or removing items.
We ask that you are respectful of our Client's Items and Property.
If you break an item it must be paid for.
