Items shown in the photos on estatesales.net may be purchased prior to the sale by appointment.  Items pre-sold will be removed or marked sold online.

This sale includes furniture, art, and decorative accessories from the main house and guest house.  All of the items have been moved to the huge garage and room over the garage.  We want you to know there are no general household goods, tools, or other box lot that are often included in our sales.  Everything for sale is shown in the photos with prices on many of the items.   Some of the types of items included are:

-Large selection of casual and formal furniture including antique and contemporary styles from makers such as Theodore Alexander, Southwood, Maitland Smith, Southampton, Hancock Moore and more.  Includes upholstered furniture, desks, chairs, chests, chairs, bedroom furniture, den and living room furniture. 

-Large selection of nice decorative accessories in all styles including lamps, mirrors and collection of stained glass and other kaleidoscopes.

-Very large selection of framed original art and prints

-Large selection of crystal and china including Waterford, Baccarat, Tiffany, Gien France and more.

-Large Vintage or Antique Copper Fountain with Cupid Design

-Castelle Heavy Aluminum Outdoor Furniture

PARKING – There is limited parking on this street.  Parking available on one side of road only in order to keep traffic flowing. 

You will need proper assistance to move heavy furniture items.
