Our clients are moving and have the following items to be sold.  As they live in a gated community, we must schedule individual appointments.  For an appointment between March 7 and March 21, call Mary at (864)279-4516.  These are the only items available for sale from this estate. 

SOLD  TEMPLE FURNITURE GRAY SECTIONAL SOFA - $1,000 

     This sofa was purchased from Room Choices/Young Office in 2012.  It is in very good condition.  There is a small mark on the back side.  It is a soft gray color and the fabric is durable brushed cotton.  It measures 116” on the long side and 65” on the short side.  It is 38” deep.  Original purchase price was $4,300.

ABNER HENRY FINE FURNITURE LARGE ENTERTAINMENT UNIT - $1,800

     This 3 piece unit was purchased from Room Choices/Young Office in 2012.  It is in very good condition.   It measures 130” long, 84” tall, and 21” deep.  The TV area measures 57” x 37”.  There are pull-out drawers and adjustable shelves..  Original purchase price was $9,300.

LEXINGTON FURNITURE SYNERGY HUTCH - $350

     This hutch has been used as a bookcase.  It is in very good condition.  It measures 68” x 15” x 56” tall.  Original purchase price was $1350. 

SOLD  QUEEN BED HEADBOARD, FRAME, AND MATTRESS - $350

      Fairfield wood and fabric queen headboard.  57” tall, and 63” wide.  Comes with Serta 2013 I series mattress and platform in very good condition.  Purchased at Room Choices in 2012.

SOLD  BEST HOME FURNISHINGS NAVY LOVESEAT/TWIN AIR MATTRESS SLEEPER - $250

     This loveseat measures 33” tall, 35 ½” deep, and 51” wide.  Original purchase price of $1095 in 2016.

JAVA CRUSHED BAMBOO CHEST - $350

     This nine drawer chest measures 72” wide, 20” deep, and 30” tall.  Original purchase price in 2003 of $2,900.
