Welcome to this fabulous ONE DAY estate sale to be held Saturday, October 17 from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM, in the Miler Country Club area off of 17-A close to downtown Summerville.

This is a downsizing estate sale of a prominent (retired) local surgeon and his wife who are moving to Bishop Gadsden.  

There are some lovely plantation antiques, including a fabulous dining room table that came from Eutaw plantation, the home of the owner's ancestors. It is mahogany and the exact date is not known. The Eutaw house was built in 1808 and the table probably dates to around 1850. It is described as being 119 inches in length, American, Classical, rectangular with two drop leaves and two separate end pieces attached with brass fittings. The legs are turned and the feet capped with brass.  It has been in the owner's possession since 1970 and is beautifully maintained.

Other nice furniture, pictures and home accessories are available.  A Snapper riding mower and a Greenspeed X5 recumbent tricycle are other nice featured items in this sale.
