Must bring assistance to load all items. Please inspect all items before purchasing; all items sold as is/where is. Please be cautious, not responsible for accidents. All furnishings must be picked up before close of the sale. A number system will be utilized on the first day of the sale when needed. Please do not park in driveways and on the grass of the neighboring homes. To better assist those who are shopping, I will not be accepting phone calls from 10 to 2 during sale days. All prices are subject to change.

This sale features many unused boxed items, mid-century antique white furniture, brass beds, perfume, gadgets, and more gadgets. There is a picnic table in great shape, patio set, baker's racks, law books, unique items, and dolls.  Prices are marked low in order to sell as much as possible.  We will even sell the items by the room, call for more information on full room liquidation pricing.
