EARLYBIRDS: Doors open at 9 AM. We will call names in the order we receive them. To reserve your place in line, please text your name and number of people in your party to 864-747-7636 by 7 PM the evening before you plan to attend the sale. If texts are received after 7 PM, we will add you to the early bird list the day of the sale.
No holds unless purchased through our pre-sale, also listed on estatesales.net. Unless posted already, we are unable to quote prices over the phone or internet.
Cash preferred, cards accepted with 4% fee. ALL SALES FINAL. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
SC state sales tax required on all purchases unless you provide your tax exempt ID number.
Please bring help to load large & heavy items. We are not able to assist with moving, loading or unloading. Not responsible for accidents.
Please bring own packing material to transport fragile or delicate items.
