~~~ PLEASE BE ADVISED, SET-UP AND SALE DAYS ARE EXTREMELY BUSY; PHONE CALLS, EMAILS OR TEXTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED UNTIL AFTER THE SALE.
~~~ We begin handing out entry numbers for lining up shoppers for when the doors open the first day of the sale beginning at 8:30am that day. Lining up by number for entry will occur approximately 10 minutes before the opening time. We reserve the right to distribute entry numbers per our client's discretion.
~~~ In our pictures, we try our best not to show items that are not included in that sale but sometimes these items may appear in the background of pictures. General rule, if you do not see a picture of just that item, then it is most likely not included in the sale.
~~~ Whereas we strongly discourage this of our clients; our clients may reserve the right to pull any shown item from the sale prior to or during the sale. Should this occur, we make every effort to promptly remove the photo and item description or mark it as "Sold".
~~~ Our Insurance does not allow our employees to load your purchases. Please do not purchase an item if you cannot remove the item yourself or have someone available to do so for you. On occasion our staff will assist in getting large items safely out of the house; when this occurs, gratuities to the staff members are greatly appreciated.
~~~ Homeowner, nor Caring Transitions, are responsible for injuries during the sale.
~~~ NO BACKPACKS, LARGE BAGS, PURSES AND HEAVY COATS, WILL BE ALLOWED.

An estate full of magnificent finds in one of the new developments in the annexed Lake Ridge community of Tega Cay, SC off New Gray Rock Road.  This home has lots of beautiful contemporary furnishings; with a few vintage and antique pieces.  There are plentiful housewares, home decor and garage items, as well.

ADVISORY - CHANGE IN DATE/TIME OF SALE:  Due to the potential threat of torrential rains and wind from Hurricane Matthew, this sale will go today, Friday 10/08 from 10:00AM - 4:00PM but the second day, Saturday, has been changed to Sunday 10/09 from 1:00PM - 5:00PM.  The safety of our customers and our associates always comes first with us.  We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Due to the rain, any furniture purchases made on Friday, can be picked up Sunday afternoon when the sun comes out again.  Don't let the rain on Friday discourage you from attending, everything in this sale is inside the house, garage and screened in porch.

We will begin staging this home the week of Monday, October 03rd; with final pictures posted by Thursday, October 06th.  The list of items will grow daily, so please check back often for the additions.
