All buyers are welcome and we ask that you are respectful of other customers and sale employees. We love working hard to make the best shopping experience for you. We will do everything we can to assist during the sale.

Please make arrangements if you are planning to buy any large furniture. This is a two-story home and all of the bedrooms are upstairs. So this will require two people to assist in getting items downstairs and loaded. Please be sure you have arrangements to get all items LIFTED, LOADED, TRANSPORTED and removed from the home by Sunday, October 4. This house is actively for sale and we are not able to hold items after that. Thank you!!

Once you have paid and removed you items, you have taken ownership and 8th State Estates(Eighth State Heirlooms LLC) is no longer responsible for them. Buyers are at their own risk when coming to the home for sale and the estate company is not liable for any injuries while present for the sale.
