To pay with ATG Pay you need to go to your invoice & click on "Pay Now". You only have to set it up once, it is very easy. Please pay within 24hours of receiving your invoice.

LOCAL: Please pickup TUESDAY, September 8th 10AM-6PM Please make this day. If paying by card, please do-so before picking up online. Cash is also welcome (If you are paying by cash, you can deduct the processing fee, and bring exact change)

NOT LOCAL: *If you are tax exempt, please click on "Tax Exempt?" on your invoice and follow the instructions on the screen. You must select "Arranged by Auction House" as your shipping method on your invoice to display no sales tax (if you are sales tax exempt, meaning you have a Resale Tax ID on file).

If you are out-of-state and require shipping please select the option "Arrange Shipping" on your invoice.

$10 Transfer/handling fee applied to each gun (Modern, C&R, Antique & Blackpowder)

Expected Shipping Cost:
Handguns: $40/ea

Long Guns: Long Guns in boxes 48" or under will cost $60 East Coast/$70 West Coast and Long Guns in Boxes 49" and over cost $70 East Coast/$90 West Coast

All other packages range anywhere from $10-25 on average based off size/weight of the box - Very Small (non-ammo) $10-15, Small/Medium $15-20, Large $25+

Additional Extra Cost for extra long muskets and very large/oddly shaped items as well as further distance from origin

We will combine and reduce shipping costs where we can to save you money!

SHIPPING: *MAKE SURE "ARRANGED BY AUCTION HOUSE" IS YOUR SELECTED SHIPPING METHOD on your Proxibid invoice when you go to pay online. All Shipping is automated and right after the auction we get started on packing up your items. Please do not contact us unless you plan on paying with Cash/ACH/Wire or if your shipping address on file with proxibid is incorrect, in which case, please email RJ@poinsettarmory.com

Your shipping cost will be automatically be added to your initial invoice that you receive from Proxibid. You will receive your tracking information once we get your items packed via email through Pirateship (check spam).

If you win a C&R or Modern Firearm that requires registration, please have your FFL License emailed to RJ@Poinsettarmory.com ASAP before or after the auction, the quicker I get this, the quicker you receive what you won!

We use USPS and UPS. We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible, so bid with confidence!

It is not required that you personally own an FFL to bid on guns in this auction but all guns that require transfer will either be transferred on-site for local bidders or need to be shipped to an FFL dealer by law. No exceptions.

Our Gun conditions are graded following the NRA Grading Standards as close and accurate as possible. You will see the following listed under condition on each Firearm: New, Excellent/Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Moderate, Poor, Damaged. We also look down the bore of each gun and give you an accurate condition on that as well.

No Charge backs permitted! You are bidding in an AS-IS Auction, with no warranties or guarantees. We do state any issues or defects that we know of but it is your responsibility to inspect the items. We lot 1000's of items per week, we will miss some issues. We always offer a preview time for you for you to inspect the items. The times/address are listed in the Terms of Sale. Please preview!!!
