CHEROKEE ESTATES ONLINE AUCTION is underway now, 24/7 until it ends Saturday, April 26th at 8 PM. Important for shoppers to understand is that we are still photographing the property we need to sell. It will not be fully set up until Thursday evening, and since this sale ends Saturday evening and all bidding begins at $1.00, there is precious little time for prices to rise.
