Blue Moon Estate Sale in West Columbia

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
AS ALWAYS, WE ALLOW A LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE AT ONE TIME.
PARKING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET IS A FIRE CODE VIOLATION!!  PLEASE ONLY PARK ON ONE SIDE OF THE ROAD

1) Buyers are responsible for the removal of large items. Purchased items must be removed from the property prior to closing the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.
2) Please do not hoard items to weed through later.
3) If anyone is caught stealing, the proper authorities will be contacted.
4) Doors will open at the published time, not before. We will hand out numbers approx. 1 hour before we open each day, 1 number per person. When the sale starts, shoppers will enter according to their number.
5) If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
6) We do not do "pre-sales" or provide pricing information prior to the start of a sale. (Unless advertised otherwise)
7) Public restrooms will not be available for public use at the sale.
