1. Parking on this site needs to be with your attention and respect to the neighborhood.
2. You MUST bring help to load your heavy items
3. Our client is a Cat Owner and lover - we have worked hard at cleaning but encourage you if you have allergies to take your meds!
4. The outside of the home is full of DIY projects and other various items - it may or may not be tagged but all you have to do is ask because 99% is for sale!
5. There is a Mobile Attic parked in the driveway that you will need to maneuver around.
6. You will be walking through the yard picking at your own risk - Please watch your step.
