Oak & Lily Estate Sales LLC — Terms & Conditions of Sale

By entering an Oak & Lily Estate Sales LLC sale and/or purchasing merchandise, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or warranties. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items carefully before purchasing.

PAYMENT
We accept cash and approved electronic/card payments. All purchases must be paid for in full before merchandise is removed from the property.

PRICING & DISCOUNTS
Prices are established by Oak & Lily Estate Sales LLC. Please do not remove, alter, or switch price tags. Discounts, if offered, will be announced by Oak & Lily Estate Sales and may vary by sale, item, or day. Certain items may be excluded from discounts.

HOLDS & SOLD ITEMS
An item is not considered sold until payment has been received unless otherwise specifically approved by Oak & Lily Estate Sales. Please do not place personal belongings on merchandise as a way of claiming or holding an item.

FURNITURE & LARGE ITEM REMOVAL
Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, vehicles, packing materials, and equipment necessary to remove purchases. Oak & Lily Estate Sales staff cannot guarantee assistance with loading or moving merchandise.

Purchased items must be removed within the timeframe established for that particular sale. Items not picked up by the agreed deadline may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.

PROPERTY DAMAGE
Buyers are responsible for any damage they or their movers cause to the home, property, landscaping, fixtures, or other merchandise while removing purchases.

SAFETY & ENTRY
Please use caution while attending our sales. Oak & Lily Estate Sales LLC and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, falls, or damage to personal property to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside a home at any time for safety and crowd control.

CHILDREN
Children must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

BAGS & PERSONAL ITEMS
For the protection of our clients and their property, Oak & Lily Estate Sales reserves the right to restrict large bags, backpacks, purses, boxes, or other containers from entering a sale when appropriate.

SECURITY
Shoplifting will not be tolerated. Oak & Lily Estate Sales reserves the right to use security measures, including cameras and other monitoring methods, where permitted.

RESPECT THE PROPERTY
Please be respectful of the home, neighbors, staff, and other shoppers. Do not enter areas marked private, closed, off-limits, or not for sale.

PARKING
Please park responsibly and obey all posted signs and instructions. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, neighboring properties, or roadways.

ITEM AVAILABILITY
Items pictured or advertised are not guaranteed to be available when you arrive. Items may be sold, removed from the sale, or otherwise become unavailable before or during the sale.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & ERRORS
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, measurements, and information; however, errors can occur. Buyers should independently inspect merchandise before purchasing. Announcements or instructions made by Oak & Lily Estate Sales during the sale take precedence over previously published information when necessary.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Oak & Lily Estate Sales LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who is disruptive, threatening, disrespectful, attempting to manipulate pricing, stealing, damaging property, or otherwise interfering with the safe and orderly operation of the sale, subject to applicable law.
