If you park incorrectly they will tow your vehicle in this neighborhood
We will put sign up list out at 9 am.
Gates will open at 10 am to start the sale
You are responsible to load your own items (that means bring help!)
All items are sold "as is-where is"
We are giving public notice this house has an alarm system in use
Hoarding items/switching tags and such behavior is a Big No No
We are not responsible for accidents /theft or injuries while on the clients property
If items are not picked up at appointed times and the sale has ended you will
not receive a refund.
We do our best to update the pictures anytime something is pulled from a sale.
