Please call John at 615-542-9094 to schedule a time to view the items. This sale will be conducted on the same site as the Baxley Estate sale, but the studio equipment will only be shown by appointment.
Cash preferred. Venmo or Credit Card accepted. No checks accepted.
All items (except for heavy furniture) must be removed by purchaser at time of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please be considerate and courteous of other shoppers and neighborhood residents. Please do not park on neighbor’s grass or in front of mailboxes, fire hydrants or driveways. Any cars blocking the driveway are subject to being reported by the HOA and towed and/or cited by the County Sheriff Department.
