The sale site is The Holt House in Brentwood and the home is listed on the National Register of Historical Homes. The sale is being conducted in a newly constructed carriage house on the property that will knock your socks off! It’s heated and you’ll be able to relax and stay warm while visiting.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! READ THIS!

The driveway up to the property is manageable and easy to use. The new carriage house is at the back side of the property. It’s wet, muddy, and the task to drive it may be a bit difficult. Tons of gravel have been brought in, however, I would suggest that you park along the main drive and walk in – larger trucks and SUVs will do well – other vehicles beware! Just sayin...you do not want to drive to the carriage house in a small vehicle. It’s a short, scenic walk...hot coffee will be waiting. Lastly...there is no rest room at this sale. There are porta potties on the grounds should you need one....
