Cash, credit cards, Venmo accepted (4 %service charge on credit card transactions)
- No restrooms available at the sale
- Please be respectful and do not pull into neighbors yards or block drive access while parking
Not responsible for any accidents
- Please enter through front door
- Day one: full priced, day two: 30-50% off unless marked "firm"
- Purchases must be picked up within 24 hours of purchase and must be picked up before the end of the sale on Saturday at 2pm
- We are not responsible if your vehicle is towed, ticketed, or damaged.
- Please bring assistance for loading if you plan to purchase large, heavy, or bulky items.
- You agree not to hold the homeowner or staff members liable should you suffer any injuries or fall inside the property, outside the property, lawn, driveways or going up and down stairs.
