Phase 2 of a large estate sale.

The house itself is for sale listed by Joan Rose Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty (423) 240 - 5248 or (423) 894 - 6762. 4 bedroom 3 bath brick house in Mission Oaks subdivision in East Ridge. 

Personal Property features a large collection of rare antique guns in very good condition. 

We will be selling the remainder from the sale conducted last weekend. Lots of items will be half price. All guns and remaining furniture are not included in the half price discount.

Private showings and pre sell will be scheduled on a first call first serve basis. All private showings will be scheduled Wednesday July 18 between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM please.
