WE are accepting CASH ONLY.. Due to the fact that most banks are closed on the weekend, on some of the higher priced items, we'll be happy to work with you on a non-refundable deposit or payment. DUE to our age we won't be loading anything, so bring help. We do have some boxes, and some material to wrap merchandise, however I would plan on bringing your own. WE are not responsible for any accidents to you that may occur on the property, or that is related to this estate sale in any way. Upon entering this property you are excepting these stated terms.
Privately Listed Sale
THIS is a multi family estate sale selling the contents of the home. Way to much to list but here are some highlights. WE will have two vehicles for sale, a 2013 Lexus RX350 , and a 1985 Chevy 4x4 pickup. A Craftsman GT6000 garden tractor, a Club Cadet walk behind lawnmower, tools, vintage advertising, furniture, glassware, kitchenware, pie safe, Old Books, Dickens Village, PA Dower Chest 1856, taxidermy mounts, hunting equipment, and possibly a few shotguns, etc.. WE will also be selling the HOME, which we have lived in since it was built in 1967.. extremely well kept, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, two car garage, all brick on a level lot. For Sale By Owner, so we will work with you on the home, and options available, (if your a realtor, please don't ask). Since the house will be for sale we are asking for you to be considerate so no food or drink allowed. Please keep a eye on your children, since everything is for sale, and you break it, you buy it. Everything is priced to sell Saturday, and unsold remaining contents will be 50% off on Sunday, (exception will be the Home, vehicles, and lawn equipment.) Dead end buyers are welcome since all contents will be sold or donated at the end of sale.
