This Estate Sale will be within the Hickory Valley Manor Townhomes! Please be mindful and respectful to the residents of the townhome community. Please do not park in their parking spots of their homes along with not blocking their driveways nor the mailboxes. It would be best if the right lane was left for emergency lane allowing traffic to flow. This estate is packed with goodies! There household furniture, from dining room, to bedroom, to a sitting room. There are 4 beds in this estate sale. One is a day trundle bed, other three are twin size beds. There is a twin size sleigh bed and two Bombay Metal twin beds. See pictures for reference. Ridgeway Grandfather Clock. Lots of artwork. There are two water color canvas painting that have been signed by artist. Beverly Gentry is the artist. If you like bluegrass music there is two banjos. Both dining room tables have six chairs with captain chairs.2 chairs that were handmade in Mexico. 2 wingback chairs. There is other crystal, glassware, kitchenware, along with pots and pans. Mid Century Modern Items from furniture pieces to decor and vintage pieces from the 50-70's. There are books, vintage books, German books etc. There will be records, dvds, cds along with cassettes and VHS tapes. If you like old and creepy there are three very old dolls. There is also a vintage baby doll stroller. All from the early 1900's. Lenox pieces are at this estate sale. Russian wooden pieces, along with Italian and English hand painted rose/flower figurines. Which are Staffordshire English and Capodimonte and one Andrea by Sadek. There are vintage matchbox cars along with vintage toys and new toys. There is vintage hand puppets. Christmas decor etc, Vintage clothing and Muslim. Hindu style clothing. Women's clothing is mostly plus size. Size 22-26. 2xl to 4xl. Lots of very very nice clothing. Name brands women's shoes are size 9 and larger. There are handbags and cosmetic bags, From PRADA, LV, and other designer bags. Lots and lots of Linens. Herend Hungary 4 part handled Hors D'Oeuvre Dish- Rothschild Bird, Versace Let there be Love Christmas China Plate, There is Pyrex, and anchor items at this house. Anchor Hocking Wine Goblets, along with Williamsburg Verde Green footed glass tumbler cups, and some vintage Indiana Whitehall Colony Footed glasses. there is outdoor patio furniture at this home. It is wicker from the brand Arhaus Furniture. The estate sale is a 3 day sale with discounts. Discounts are taken on the 2nd and 3rd day. 50% off and 70% off.

No loading help provided- in most cases I do not mind to help when I am not busy. My father who usually helps carry out heavy things and load them for customers can not help at this time. My father has a stroke and is the reason the estate sale was postponed to the next weekend. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If I am able to help I will be more than happy to lend a hand.

The checkout will be set up outside the entrance with a canopy tent. The cash register and bid forms will be located at the register. Entrance and exit will be done through the front door of townhome. 

Bids can be left on items. Bid forms will be located at the register.
