AnnieBelleum Auctions and Estate Sales wants you to have the best shopping experience possible. Please be considerate to other customers. We have staff on hand to answer questions and help however we can.
We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. You enter the private residence at your own risk.
We have some boxes and bags, but please feel free to bring your own in case we run out.
Early Sales: Occasionally, we will presell an item. We also allow our customers from out of town to purchase from the sale 15 minutes after the sale beings. You must email us and provide information on the items you're interested in and your phone number PRIOR TO THE SALE. We are rarely able to answer any questions within 24 hours of the sale.
Shipping: We do ship small/easily shippable items via USPS Priority Mail for our customers who cannot attend the sale. We charge $5.00 per box plus actual Priority Mail and insurance shipping cost. Your items are carefully packed with new shipping materials so they arrive safely.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash, local check w/proper ID and credit cards.
Credit Cards will require a 3% convenience fee applied to the sale amount. You can avoid this by paying cash or check. In order to best protect all parties, all checks and credit card charges require you to show your driver's license.
Please be considerate of other shoppers. If you remove an item from the sales floor, you are required to purchase it. We have staff that will assist you with writing down your items on a receipt and safely storing them you until you are ready to check out.
Our cashier is not able to negotiate. Please be kind enough to not ask the cashier for discounts or questions regarding your purchases. Your sales staff working the floor will assist you with any questions you may have.
All items are sold as is/where is. We do not issue refunds or make exchanges.
Fantastic Estate Sale of the late Rita A. Ratcliffe. Ms. Ratcliffe was a military wife and spent many years abroad collecting treasures. She lived in Turkey and England while overseas and brought many lovely items back to the United States. This house is packed with antiques, vintage and a few more contemporary pieces.
