Our staff has been on site preparing for this sale and will be on site to assist you, during the sale. There will be packing material for smalls while supplies last. You will need to make arrangements for loading large items as we do not provide assistance for loading. We have made every attempt to organize, check items for damage and that electronics & power tools work properly. We offer no guarantees with any of the items. Please check items carefully, once purchased you own them. You will be purchasing items as is, where is.
This is a large 3 bedroom home with a screened in porch and two car garage. Access to the home will through the garage and limited to one door. Use caution when walking and while on the property. Use caution and care when handling and lifting items. You break it, you bought it.

An amazing sale in a very clean and neat home.   There is rod iron patio or pool side furniture.  This is a three bedroom home with very few items removed by the family.  Every item in this home has been well loved, seasoned with kindness and treated with respect.  We found very few items with damage.  The family was raised in the Adams TN area.  We have Tennessee and Montgomery County items available.  Included in the sale is an antique Moser 14 inch vase from Mrs Hunters grandparents.  There is a large collection of Imperial Candlewick, American Fostoria, old unmarked Heisey glassware and multiple sets of china and stoneware.  There is a collection of Eastlake, Empire and Victorian furniture from the later part of the 20th century.  There is a Jacobean 1908 bedroom suite, Thomasville heavy oak mid century bedroom suite and beautiful late 20th centuryThomasville dinning room suite.  There are six chairs with the Thomasville suite but could comfortably seat 12.  We have a very large collection of quality Christmas decorations.   There are Gorham collectors plates, Hall pottery, fire King bakeware and corningware.
