Come prepared to pay with cash or card, park on the lawn. This is a large sale with plenty of Antiques and collectibles. PARKING IS A CONCERN. PLEASE PARK ON THE LAWN, DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET. ROSSVIEW IS A NARROW STREET WITH A HIGH TRAFFIC FLOW. ESPECIALLY AT SCHOOL TIMES.
There are black powder guns and pistols, pocket knives, women’s jewelry. ID will be required to purchase many of these items.
Our staff has been on site preparing for this sale and will be on site to assist you, during the sale. There will be packing material for smalls while supplies last. You will need to make arrangements for loading large items as we do not provide assistance for loading. We have made every attempt to organize, check items for damage, plug and play test to insire that electronics & power tools work properly. We offer no guarantees with any of the items. Please check items carefully, once purchased you own them. You will be purchasing items as is, where is.
This is a two story home with steps. The entrance and exit will be from the back patio area. This home has two floors with garage and patio area. This is a 3 bedroom approximately 3000 square foot home with formal and casual areas. Use caution and care when handling and lifting items. You break it, you bought it, applies.
The sale entrance and exit will be at the rear of the home.

This is a large home with early 19 century antiques from Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. Most of the antique furniture is American Walnut. There is also cherry bedroom furniture by Brohill, handmade Kentucky cherry bedroom furniture (similar to Davis furniture’s Lillian Russell). There are many collections: American Indian, leather bound books(Louis Lamont, Agatha Christy, Civil War and many more), cloth bound novels in protective cardboard sleeves. There are black powder guns & pistols, ladies costume jewelry along with gold and silver jewelry there are many precious and semi precious stones, antique Haviland china, crystal by Heisey, Fostoria, Waterford, Moser, Royal Albert OLD COUNTY ROSE CHINA, Hummels, antique cookie jars, & pottery, French and English porcelain. There are garden items, concrete fountain, birdbath, garden tools, woodworking tools, equipment to reload ammo tools, small engine tools, workbench, tool chest, table saw and a Ford Crown Victoria.
There are many early antique items from the Flax Family, Jeffersonville County and southern Ohio areas. We have many religious items including a large painting or hand tinted etching. There are also many rare antique clocks, French jardinieres, miniature oil lamps, antique tapestry l, complete operating Singer treadle sewing machine and normal size oil & electric lamps. Mrs Carroll had a large collection of china teapots and cups, along with other tea related items.
