We are liquidating this estate via tag sale. This is a local estate with automobile, oak furniture, jewelry, household items, decorator items. This is a two level facility with interior steps.
Please use caution and care when handling and lifting items. We are not responsible for breakage, accidents and/or injuries. Please use discretion when handling items. If you break it then you bought it applies. Please bring help to move your items.
Many shoppers prefer to use their own packing materials for small items and we appreciate your forethought: we encourage you to bring your own packing materials. We will have packing material on site and can be used while supplies last.
The pandemic of 2020 brought about changes, many positive ideas, and we are going to continue with the ones we found to be most helpful! Our goal remains to provide our shoppers the opportunity to buy, in a safe, and friendly environment.
Our staff has made every attempt to: research antiques, collectibles, to organize, check for damage, and test electrical items as time allows. Because we cannot guarantee items, we encourage you to check your items.... once purchased, you own it.
