This estate sale will also feature a 2003 Honda Accord. the Honda accord will be sold via bid process. The Honda does have a Clear Tennessee Title. The Honda has 126k miles on it. Leather interior. Few minor cosmetic dings. It is a 20 year old car that has been kept under a carport. I have posted pictures of dings as best as I could. Bids will be taken on the car Saturday and Sunday. Saturday 9-5pm and Sunday 12-5pm. Bids must be filled out IN PERSON. A bid form must be filled out and signed to leave proper bid. Bid forms will be located at the register. Highest bidder will be contacted after the sale on Sunday. Highest bidder will be required to pay for the car on Monday during estate sale hours 10am - 3pm. Payment forms on the car will be Cash or cashiers check only. No personal checks for car. THE BID PROCESS, YOU MUST BE PRESENT IN PERSON TO FILL OUT A BID FORM. THIS IS A SILENT BID. WHICH MEANS YOU FILL OUT BID FORM WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. YOUR BID WILL NOT LOOKED AT OR READ UNTIL AFTER THE SALE ON SUNDAY. NO BID AMOUNTS WILL BE GIVEN OUT OR DISCUSSED.****PLEASE DO NOT COME BY THE HOME WHEN THE ADDRESS POST TO LOOK AT CAR. ****THE CAR IS AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY  DURING SALE HOURS. But loading help is not provided so if you are looking for big furniture pieces also be looking for help. We will be stretched with help since we are having two estate sales this weekend.
